Personal Training Product description

Get fit with our personal training! Each one-hour session consists of:

  • warm-up,

  • main phase

  • cool down

Our sessions are designed to build strength, increase endurance, as well as improve flexibility and mobility. 
 
Please note:

  • Personal training sessions are available Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

  • workout plan is not include with this purchase. If you would like to add a custom workout plan onto your personal training sessions, it will be available as an add-on in the final section of the checkout page.
