While we strive to provide you with a high-quality product and excellent customer service, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for services and products on my.calisthenics.ie. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our Services (as stated above). If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Your request for a refund must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Your refund request must be submitted to [email protected] using the same email you used to purchase the service.
  3. Your purchase must be verified and confirmed in our records.
  4. You must clearly state your reason for requesting a refund.

Refund Decision: Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review the information provided. We aim to process your request within three business days after receiving all necessary details. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will approve the refund and initiate the process.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If, for any reason, that payment method is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative arrangement.

Exclusions: The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  1. Refund requests made after the 7-day period from the date of purchase.
  2. Refund requests for reasons beyond the scope of our refund policy.
  3. Refund requests arising from third-party software or hardware conflicts that are beyond our control.

Limitation of Access: Upon approval of your refund, we will remove the refunded service from your account on my.calisthenics.ie. Account status will be set back to default state(unless other services are active), and any uploaded media in relation to the refunded service will be deleted.


Products:

We do ask that all returns are approved and an RMA number issued before an item is returned as if this isn’t done it can be very difficult for us to track your return.

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the front of the box. Any returns received without an RMA number clearly marked will delay any refunds.

Unwanted Items: If you decide that the item/s you have purchased aren’t what you were looking for, you have 14 days from when you receive them to return them back to us. They must be unused and in their original condition. The returned product/s must include all the contents including instructions and packaging. You must contact us to start the returns process.

We do not cover the cost for returning the products back to us, and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending the items back, as we do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.

Faulty/Damaged Items: In the first instance, please contact us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged or faulty item so that we can start to resolve the issue. All damaged or faulty items must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Refunds: We will not confirm that we have received your returned parcel. Upon receipt of your items it can take up to 10 working days to process. Refunds will be made back to the payment method used to make your purchase. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account once processed.

Please note that as shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund these costs for any returns which do not contain faulty or damaged items. Only if the item is found to be defective will the original return shipping costs be refunded.

Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know urgently. Unfortunately, if we have already begun processing your order, we will be unable to cancel it, and you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items.


Modifications to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website.
