Welcome to Calisthenics Ireland. These Terms of Service outline the rules and guidelines for using our services, including personal training, online coaching, workout plans, and equipment purchases. By accessing or purchasing from my.calisthenics.ie, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Overview
Calisthenics Ireland provides:
- Personal training (one-on-one coaching sessions)
- Online coaching (structured programs with ongoing support)
- Workout plans (custom programs)
- Workshops
- Community sessions
- Calisthenics equipment & merchandise (sold through our store)
By purchasing or participating in any of our services, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to comply with these terms.
1.1 Eligibility & Safety
- You must be at least 18 years old to book our coaching services unless accompanied by a guardian’s consent.
- You acknowledge that physical training carries inherent risks, including injury. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for informing us of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before training.
2. Personal Training
2.1 Booking & Cancellations
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
- Cancellations require at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled without notice will be forfeited and not refunded.
- Any rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Any unused personal training sessions will not carry over to the following month. Your session limit will reset based on your monthly sign-up date.
3. Online Coaching & Workout Plans
- Online coaching and workout plans are non-transferable and must be used by the purchaser only.
- Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and adherence to the program. Calisthenics Ireland is not responsible for lack of progress due to incomplete participation.
3.1 Coaching Call Booking & Cancellations
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions cancelled without notice will be forfeited and not refunded.
3.2 Progress Form Updates
- The first month will have a 30-day period to allow for the initial trial period (5-day buffer).
- Afterward, you will receive an email 25 days from the date of your plan renewal to fill out the progress form.
- Completing the progress form is required to create your new plan. Failure to submit the form may delay your next plan.
4. Community Sessions
By attending our free community sessions hosted by Calisthenics Ireland, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own actions, health, and safety. While we provide guidance and supervision, you participate at your own risk.
4.1 Health & Safety
- You must inform the instructor of any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate.
- You are responsible for ensuring that you are in a physical condition suitable for the activity.
5. Refunds & Returns
Our Refund Policy governs refunds and returns. A summary:
- Services (Personal Training, Online Coaching, Workout Plans): Eligible for a 7-day money-back guarantee if requested within 7 days of purchase.
- Equipment & Merchandise: Must be returned within 14 days in unused condition, with the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

6. Limitation of Liability
- Calisthenics Ireland is not liable for injuries sustained during training or use of purchased equipment.
- We do not guarantee specific results from training, coaching, or workout plans.
- If any service is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to offer alternative solutions but are not obligated to provide compensation.
7. Intellectual Property
- All workout plans, coaching materials, and content are the property of Calisthenics Ireland. You may not copy, share, or distribute them without permission.
- Unauthorized distribution or misuse of our materials will result in account termination, and you may be held liable for any damages.
8. Code of Conduct
Respect towards trainers and other participants is required. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior may result in service termination without a refund.
