2-to-1 Personal Training

Train with a partner and build strength together through structured calisthenics coaching. Each one-hour session is designed to keep both participants engaged, challenged, and progressing at the right level.

Each session consists of:

  • warm-up

  • main phase

  • cool down

Sessions are structured to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall movement quality, while allowing both individuals to train side by side with personalised guidance.

Please note: 

  • 2-to-1 personal training is designed for two people signing up together.

  • Both participants should have a similar level and shared training goals where possible.

  • Sessions are available Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 6:00pm.

  • Workout plan is not included with this purchase. If you would like to add a custom workout plan alongside your sessions, it will be available as an add-on in the final section of the checkout page.
